Automator EOS – Class 1 Safety Laser System with mechanical shutter, Loading area : 440x500 mm

Class 1 laser system for small and medium production runs. The EOS's compact external protective structure is ideal for positioning on a workbench. The loading door opens and closes manually with a locking system, while the internal Z-axis is electric and operated by a button. The large, certified inspection window offers a complete view of the internal loading chamber and marking operations. The EOS is a Class 1 safety laser device .

EOS integrates a shutter housing: this CE-certified, dual-channel mechanical shutter ensures absolute safety for laser marking users. During marking, the shutter remains open and closes when the marking operation is complete, providing a safety lockout. Shutter movement can be controlled by the laser hardware/software or I/O signals. A certified, integrated safety sensor detects the position of the shutter blade in the housing, providing information that confirms the shutter position. EOS is  therefore a Class 1 safety laser marking system, making it extremely reliable.

Versatile in its applications, EuGenius ^™ is the laser marking and engraving software that is easy to use, even for operators without specific technical training or knowledge of design software (CAD). EuGenius ^™ is the PROPRIETARY Automator software. This means it can perform any type of marking and can be customized according to the customer's requests based on their marking needs.
