Digital micrometer with turnable LED display and tolerance mode, device temperature monitoring, USB interface, and optional software
Passameters are adjustable snap gauges which are mostly used for measuring and testing of round-cut and milled parts. They replace a large number of fixed gauges whilst this device also has the advantage of a number display if there are deviations to the preset value.
The digital passameter with a solid measuring equipment body and a novel inductive measuring system achieves a very high measuring accuracy and repeatability. The weight of the measuring tool rests on the workpiece due to the anvil which can be adjusted from the top. The measuring probe which is moved in from below has a free stroke of 4 mm and ensures a very high repeatability thanks to its constant measuring force. The display resolution is 0.1 µm. The large measuring surface of 10 mm ensures stable support on the specimen. All recorded measuring values can be processed externally with an optional wireless module. The adjustable tolerance function simplifies the use in serial measurements.
Programmable with the optional software FMS-SD1 direct via cable. All internal functions like calibration, LED function and colours, indication bar, measuring mode or password lock can be done via PC.
