A dial thickness gauge mainly used to measure the thickness of thick foils, it offers the following features:
- A rigid frame for stability, ease of use and accuracy
- Insulated handle to prevent heat transfer from the hand of the user to the sensitive mechanical parts
- A pointer revolution of 0.2mm to minimise the impact of differences in temperature and other environmental factors
- Less need to set the hand to 0 by turning the plexi glass cover compared to more sensitive models
- Standard contact force of 2.2N, can be supplied with a reduced contact force of 0.7N, or higher contact force of 3N
- Standard contact points: 6.35mm ø flat
- Optional contact points: 10mm ø flat, upper contact point convex r 15 or r 40, lower contact point 6.35mm ø flat, lower contact point r 15, spherical
