These grips are designed for film, paper, and other thin materials for tensile and peel testing, as per ASTM F88 and related standards.
Adjustable serrated interlocking jaws effectively secure samples for up to 100 lbF (500N) of force, while an ergonomic, rubberized knob easily engages and disengages the sample. A precision Acme screw provides durability and longevity over repeated engagements.
The grips are available in four widths. Use them with a force gauge and a test stand to create a complete testing system.
