Toolmakers’ V-Block & Clamp

Case hardened and ground. Two Vees, four tapped holes 3/8-16 UNC. Central hole in V for removing pins or drilling. Forged clamp has adjustable side screw to support the block and prevent tilting.

FEATURES:

  • Work Capacity: 1-5/16 (33mm) approx. dia.
  • Dimensions: 1-7/8" (48mm) sq. x 3-1/2" (90mm) long.
  • Accuracy: All surfaces (except V’s) parallel and square within .0004". Long V groove is central, parallel and square with all surfaces within .0003". Half inch V groove is central, parallel and square with all surfaces within .00015". V’s are 90° +.0000/-.0004".
