Attention (No-Russia-Clause): The contract is concluded on the condition that the parties agree that the items delivered by Mitutoyo will not be sold, (re-)exported or passed on directly or indirectly by the contractual partner to Russia, or for the use in Russia.
In the event of a breach of this agreement, Mitutoyo shall be entitled to unilaterally withdraw from individual/all existing delivery obligations and to demand compensation by the contractual partner for any damages incurred directly/indirectly in connection with this breach of the contract.
In addition, the export control provisions in of Mitutoyos “General Terms and Conditions of Sale” apply.
